Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-02
This policy explains how Septic Tank Pumping Directory ("we", "us") handles information on https://septictankpumpout.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We do not ask visitors to create accounts or submit personal information to browse the Site. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services described below may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and pages visited.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it only to respond.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. They may be set by us or by third-party services used on the Site (for example analytics and advertising services). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site or of third-party content may then work differently.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example which pages are viewed). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and receives usage data. You can learn more at Google's page on how it uses data and can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising and affiliate links
The Site may display advertising from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense or other ad networks) and may contain affiliate links, for which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by visiting aboutads.info. We do not control the cookies set by third parties.
Business listings and third-party links
The Site lists businesses using publicly available information. Listings link to third-party websites and maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. This information may be inaccurate or out of date; see our About page.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. Because we collect very little personal information, this will usually be limited to any emails you have sent us. To make a request, contact us as described below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
